ABBC’s offices are in a historic building in Largo do Teatro Nacional São Carlos in the Chiado cultural centre and shopping area.

The building is the birthplace of Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa. Completely restored and converted for ABBC, it has state-of-the-art facilities for the practice of law, with particular focus on computer applications, an information management system, telecommunications and quality control.

The five floors at ABBC boast spacious conference rooms, offices, a library and an auditorium. The building is easily accessible from anywhere in the city and has four underground parking levels for clients.

The historical Chiado area is one of Lisbon’s main tourist areas today and is at the heart of its cultural life. Although it has been modernised and renovated, it has not lost the dynamic character resulting from its intense commercial and literary past.
